Can I eat with invisalign plate still in my mouth?

do you know like you can remove the invisalign plate to eat and stuff, could it be damaged if i dont take it out? how do i clean the plate? can i use a specially made brush?,

I’ve been eating with my aligners in, am I more likely to develop cavities now?

I know you aren\’t supposed to eat with the aligners in but every now and then I have done so. Even though I know it is bad, Will doing so make it more likely that I will developed something like cavities or is not that bad? Getting a bit worried now after being so foolish.,
