Can I eat any food with the aligners in?

Q. I know you\’re supposed to take the aligners out when you eat food but i was just wondering if i could eat anything with them in?? like yogurts or soup or something? thanks,

A. It would be best to remove the aligners whenever you eat or drink! The only excepetion to this rule is drinking cold water with the aligners in is fine. The aligners can stain or your teeth could stain as a result of eating with the aligners in place.
