Can I eat with invisalign plate still in my mouth?

Q. do you know like you can remove the invisalign plate to eat and stuff, could it be damaged if i dont take it out? how do i clean the plate? can i use a specially made brush?,

A. You can not wear your invisalign whilst eating. You could break them and be liable to replacement fees. More importantly it is unhygienic and could cause tooth decay
