Have teeth that are veneered moved, and would Invisalign be advised?

Q. I had two porcelain veneers fitted to my upper front teeth about 14 years ago, when I was a teenager. Unfortunately these teeth now stick out quite a bit and I would like to know what the best method of straightening would be. Is it likely that my actual teeth under the veneers have moved? Does this mean the veneers need replacing? Thank you!,
A. Your teeth have moved, carrying the veneers with them. My advice woudl be Invisalign which will pull back the teeth without having metal brackets, that will not stick to the veneers Dr R Kumar BDSLDSRCS
