How accurate are the predictions of treatment time? my dentist has said 18 mptnhs which I could handle, however if it starts getting on towards 2-3 years i’m not sure I could be bothered.

Treatment time is only an approximation based to the predictive movements as indicated in clincheck.
However there should be additional time for refinement if needed .
