How obvious are the attachments?

Q. One of my children is to be married soon but I am worried that when I get attachments for my Invisalign aligners the attachments will show up on the pictures. I have not got them yet but can you tell me how obvious they are?,

A. They are pretty good I have had a few patients who kept them on for their own weddings! Have them fitted if nearer the wedding you want them removed ask your dentist about removing them just before the wedding and then having them put back on after.
