How robust are Invisalign compared to regular braces?

Q. How robust are the aligners compared to regular braces? What are the chances that they will break/split and if they do would it cost extra for replacements?,

A. You cannot compare invisalign aligners and metal brackets, they are completely different things. You do not wear the aligners while eating, so they do not tend to brake.
