I always struggle to pull out my aligner when I get a new one. Can you advise?

Q. every time i get a new aligner i struggle to pull it out. can you please give some tips on safely removing the aligner. i\’ve asked my dentist and followed what he said but that doesn\’t work, he even gave me a little tool but i\’m scared of using it, i don\’t want to ruin the aligners.,

A. Take your time taking them out, some people like to grab a corner and gently remove them. Everyone is different i normally sit with my clients to find the best way for taking them in and out for them.
