I am currently wearing my last aligner while I wait for my refinements. Do I still need to us the chewies?

Q. I am now wearing my last aligner as I wait for my refinements to get here. Is it still necessary for me to bite down on the chewies each day? I am unsure.,

A. You should not need to as you at the end of the current treatment the aligners should fit pretty well. You must wear your current aligner as usual until your new ones are ready.
