I had a brace when I was younger but my teeth have relapsed, is Invisalign a viable treatment?

Q.
Hi

as a child i had a head brace to correct many imperfection with my teeth such as a large overbite and overcrowding, the treatment was very painful and stupidly i didn’t wear the retainer i was given and so my teeth have drifted back into being crooked, not as bad as before but still noticable. My question is are the invisalign treatment a viable choice for me, are they strong enough and finally how painful are they as i really, really didn’t enjoy my head brace,

Many thanks

A.
Hello
Invisalign is a great form of treatment to correct relapsed teeth. There is a degree of discomfort initially but it is usually not severe. The amount of discomfort depends on the individual and on their pain threshold and it usually subsides after 2 weeks.
Hope this answers your question and good luck
