I have a lot of pain because of my braces, what can I do?

Q. I have been wearing my first tray of invisalign for a week now and have been experiencing intense pain on the inside of the roof of my mouth. The plastic on the tray which spans the space between my front teeth seems to literally cut into the skin on the roof of my mouth. What can I do about this?,

A. Go and see your dentist and see if this can be trimmed away, you may need to have your other aligners checked as well.
