I have sensitive gums, how do I remove my aligners?

Q. can you recommend the best way to remove the liners? i have very sensitive gums, thanks.,

A. Hello, You might want to practice it with your dentis. If you just grab one side and gently peal the tray off your teeth that usually works ( starting with the side which is easier).Others prefer using two thumbs on both sides and gently lifting up the aligner. Be careful with long nails too.
