I’m pregnant, can I carry on with invisalign?

Q. Hello Dr, I\’ve had the invisalign treatment for about 5 weeks or so now and have just found out that i\’m pregnant. Can i carry on with the treatment? Is it safe to? Or should i stop it till i have my baby? What would you suggest? :),

A. As long as your teeth and gums are healthy there are no contraindications to continue your treatment. You may still want to inform your invisalign dentist about your change in medical history.
