Q. hello i had my wisdom tooth pulled last week (it came through as i was wearing the aligners) and my ortho said i need new impressions made for my aligners because they don\’t fit as well, they feel loose at the back. He hasn\’t mentioned any extra costs though, should i assume that i don\’t have to pay anything else for the treatment?,
A. normally the refinement impressions will involve less teeth being covered and hence less movements. Also Invisalign should have refinements built in, but depends on wether your initial costs were low Dr R Kumar BDSLDSRCS
