Invisalign failed to move my two front teeth fully back and I am unhappy at the results. Can you help?

Q. I am at the end of my invisilign treatment and have already expressed unhappiness at the end result. I was given extra retainers and then told I can not have my two front teeth fully back as there is no space. I feel I was mis-sold this treatment as this was the sole purpose for me having invisilgn. I was told my teeth would be filed down to make space. I had tradtional braces in my youth, but my front two teeth moved and so i wanted it corrected without having to wear metal braces again. I have now paid £6k in total for both invisilign and metal braces and I am not happy. Can you help.,
A. Dear Sir/Madam, I am very sorry to hear of your unhappiness. The only way I could help would be to finish off your treatment with Invisalign. But first I would need: an agreement from your dentist to transfer the case via Align Technology ltd (the company) an agreement from you to pay a fee of at least 2500 for refinement an understanding that I can confirm the fee when I have had a look at the scans and an agreement from your dentist that he may reimburse you some or all of your fees I look forward to hearing from you my direct email is forma86@gmail.com Dr R Kumar BDSLDSRCS
