Is experiencing side effects from the aligners normal?

Q. I was just wondering if experiencing some types of side effects with the aligners in is normal? I\’m feeling really sick with them in and have difficulty breathing sometimes, is this to do with the materials or the fact that i\’ve just started the treatment and i\’m just getting used to them? thanks,

A. Some people have a very strong gag reflex and therefore anything in their mouth can make them gag. It will get time to get used to and you have to be patient
