Is it in no way possible to drink tea when wearing the aligners?

Q. Day 2 and I\’m getting the shakes. My morning, afternoon and interluding cups of tea being abesnt have sent a termor through my body. is it really the worst thing to drink tea with the aligners in? I can taste it right now…,

A. Do not drink anything apart from cold water with your aligners in .
