Day 2 and I\’m getting the shakes. My morning, afternoon and interluding cups of tea being abesnt have sent a termor through my body. is it really the worst thing to drink tea with the aligners in? I can taste it right now…,

I am thirsty and starving since beginning Invisalign. Is it only water I can have with the aligners in?
