Is it possible to have invisalign without bands?

Q. I have a 13 year old son whose upper jaw has grown unusally. His upper right side has ballooned out to creat a misaligned bite on that side. It may have been caused by knock. All his infant teeth are out now. The othodontist here recommend that we use metal upper braces secured with mini elastic bands to bottom right teeth. I think this would not work with my son as he has motor skill problems. Could Invisalign help without fiddling with bands?,
A. It is difficult to say without a full assessment of your son’s case. I would recommend he sees an experienced Invisalign provider for an initial assessment.
