Q. my braces has tears. what should i do to replace it. wear it still though,
A. Still wear the brace. The advice depends on how long you have worn that particular aligner for. If you have worn it almost 14 days days then change to the next one. Try to take out both sides of the aligner at the same time. By removing one side of the aligner before the other increases the amount of stress at one point in the aligner and it is more likely to tear there.
