Q. I had attachments fitted recently and my new aligner (19/28) upper jaw isn\’t fitting around it properly, it\’s sticking out and looks ridiculous, i\’m waiting to see my ortho but what do you think he\’ll say/do? thanks,
A. Your orthodontist will probably want to remove the attachments that aren\’t fitting well and use your currently aligner as a template to place new material and re-do the attachments so you will get a better fit. This will mean that after your 28th aligner, you will probably need more impressions taken for some more aligners to be made.
