My aligners are causing great pressure and pain, why is this?

Q. I\’ve had my aligners in for like 4 days now and my teeth feel like they\’re experiencing a lot of pressure and i\’m worried about it. what can i do to ease this pressure, it\’s quite painful!,

A. It may be prudent to take paracetamol. The pressure is not usually that serious. Is this teh first aligner? Dr R Kumar BDSLDSRCS
