My bottom set of aligners don’t seem to fit properly, what should I do?

Q.
Hello, I’m currently on my second tray of invisalign. I wore the first set for four weeks, but the top tray didn’t fit on my front teeth after the four weeks while the bottom fit fine. With the second set I got attachments. The bottom tray fits, but I’m having the same problem with the top tray. I’m supposed to wear this set for three weeks. Should I be worried that my top tray doesn’t fit? It’s just the four front teeth that don’t go all the way onto the tray and you can see the gap between the tray and the teeth.

Hi
If there is a very slight space this can be common at the start of a new aligner, though as the teeth move over the first few days the space decreases as the teeth move into their new position. You could also try ‘Aligner Chewies’ from your dentist to help the aligner engage the teeth. If however you feel they are not fitting correctly for the next set, I would suggest an appointment with your dentist to discuss.
Good luck
