My dentist said Invisalign could treat my overbite in 6 months. Too good to be true?

Q. Fomr what my dentist has said it appears tat invisalign will only take around 6 months to fix my problem. Is this too good to be true? Overbite is my problem and my bottom teeth push on my top teeth which can be painful. dentist says no extractions but can you tell me if this sounds about right?,

A. It is possible to treat deep bite without extraction of teeth and treatment time varies wildly from 6 months to about 2 years depending on the complexity of the case.
