Can you recommend a brush to use to clean my aligner?

Can you recommend a the size and strength of a manual brush to use to clean my aligner? I am currently using a medium strength brush and want to make sure I am keeping my aligner as clean as possible. i clean it when i brush my teeth and then wear it at night.,

Should I clean my teeth after eating sugary snacks or are you supposed to wait an hour?

Hello good doctor. I am a so called newbie to all this and am now two weeks into my treatment. All is going well, well there are no problems which is always good. But… I have learnt that after eating sugary snakcs or drinks you are not supposed to clean your teeth for an hour after doing so. Is there any truth to this? If this is the case then should I ignore it so I can my aligners back on quick time? So many conflicting messages flying around these days!,

Why do my aligners keep turning yellow? What can I do?

My aligners have turned a very strange yellow/gray colour and I have no idea why. I clean them every day and brush my teeth as normal but nothing is shifting the colour. Every time I get new aligners they change colour. Do you know why this could be? i haven\’t changed my diet or anything like that, i don\’t smoke or drink or even eat that many strong foods.,

RetainerBrite doesn’t work for me, what else can I try to clean my aligners?

Can you use an electric tooth brush if you have attachments on your teeth?

Hi there, I just got my invisaligns today and i have though of some questions.. Can you brush your teeth with an electric toothbrush if your dentist has put attachments on your teeth? will the electric tooth brush make the attachments come off or become loose? second can i work out at the gym with my invisaligns on? Also i go to the dry sauna quite often after my workouts.. can I go into the sauna with my invisaligns on? or will it melt the plastic?,

i\’ve been told my breath is pretty bad since having the invisalign treatment and i\’m getting really conscious of it now, any suggestions? because i brush my teeth like i\’m supposed to etc and i\’m not eating strong foods so it must be the braces!,
