A. Hello, Not satisfactory oral hygiene can lead to caries with or without braces. With invisalign the normal cleaning routine is even easier than with fixed (porcelain or metal) braces. All you need to do is to remove the aligners, brush your teeth, floss/tape and if you think rinse with mouthwash . Once ready, the cleaned aligners can be positioned back on the cleaned teeth. So your teeth cleaning routine would not become challenging or more difficult whilst under Invisalign treatment.
