I am thirsty and starving since beginning Invisalign. Is it only water I can have with the aligners in?

Q. I am new to this invisalign deal and only got mine put on a couple of days ago. I am thirsty and starving. Is there nothing but water I can have with the aligners in?!,

A. With time you should be able to get the aligners out in seconds ,so it would not affect eating or drinking as often as you want.
