hello! i really struggle with getting the aligners out, i don\’t have any nails to grip onto them and pretty chubby fingers, can i get a tool or something for me to help pry them out?,

I was given ‘chewies’ but they’re not working, what else can I use?

Hi i was given some sort of chewie to bite down on so my trays fit better but they\’re not working and they still feel out of place. Can i use anything else to bite down on? thank you.,
