I was given ‘chewies’ but they’re not working, what else can I use?

Q. Hi i was given some sort of chewie to bite down on so my trays fit better but they\’re not working and they still feel out of place. Can i use anything else to bite down on? thank you.,

A. Hello, In most cases patients do not even need to use anything else, just his/her fingers to fit the trays. You might want to ask your dentist to check the fit for you. It might even be all right.
