Can Invisalign treat a class 4 overbite?

Hello, I have a class 3 overbite and as you can imagine it\’s been very difficult when trying to sort my teeth out. I\’ve had extensive jaw surgery and just recovered so looking into getting a discreet brace which can now fix my teeth. I have 2 gold crowns and several protruding teeth. Would a brace interfer with the crowns and do you think invisalign would be a good option for me? Or do you think I should go for the traditional brace? I asked my dentist and he\’s going to refer me to an orthodontist but i would just like a few ideas so i can gather the money to pay for the fees. Thank you.,

Does a consultation involve only talking about one specific treatment?

If I go to a dentist for a consultation, but I am not sure what braces I want and the dentist offers several kinds, invisalign and inman for example, then what will happen? Will the dentist be willing to tell me about both and whatever else a consultation involves? Or is the consultation just for tha specific treatments like invisalign? Thanking yous,

Dentist told me Invisalign could treat midline, but id didn’t. What can I do?

Dear My Patel, I am currently undertaking Invisalign treatment and I am very unhappy with my midline. My dentist didn\’t guarantee he could fix it but the bottom row is now done and the midline is the same as before! I think it\’s under 2mm which I read was possible. What do you think is the best course of action from here? Can I request more trays? I am furious because this man blatantly lied to my face and told me he was an orthodontist when he wasn\’t! Please give me your advice. Thank you,

My teeth feel very loose, is this normal?

I\’m currently on trays 17/27 and everything is going very well but my teeth feel VERY loose, I\’m pretty sure they\’re going to fall out! What should I do about this? I\’m due to see my orthodontist next week but I am fearful that the teeth will have to be removed and my treatment gets canceled.,

Wouldn’t a permanent retainer be a better option for me?
