Can I continue the invisalign treatment if I move abroad at the end of the year?

I have come to the decision that I would love to get Invisalign, but the problem I forsee is that I am going to be moving a broad at the end of the year. The thing is though I would still love to start the treatment beforehand but can you tell me if this is possible? Have any of your patients had experience with this?,
