What food should you avoid with fixed braces?

Q. I just recently got my fixed braces and am gradually moving on from soft foods as the pain eases. I was wondering if there is any particularly food which you should not eat when undergoing such treatment?

A. With fixed braces its recommended to avoid sticky,chewy and sugary food type.
