hi, what is the easiest way to remove your invisalign brace? I’ve had mine for about a week and it’s really hard to take out when I want to clean it or eat and I’ve cut my gums on it as well. I obviously don’t want to make it too loose at it wouldn’t be very good at treating my teeth but is there anything you could recommend such as a skill or technique? thanks for your time

I would suggest you start on one side only at the back of the mouth and get an initial lift off the teeth using you nails, a pinching action or a recommended aligner retriever that your dentist can give you. Once you have this lift, you should peel the aligner off the teeth, working around the jaw. Ideally your dentist should show you this and if you still have difficulty I recommend contacting them for an appointment so they can show you the best technique as it shouldn’t be so difficult now you have worn them for a week.
