Q. hi, i\’m going to have my aligners fitted next week. do you recommend anything i can buy to ease the long process what can of products do i need to clean the trays etc? any suggestions would be great, thanks,
A. The best thing is just brushing your teeth very well and flossing, rinse your mouth after every meal, scrub your aligners with a toothbrush and soak them in water. Never eat or drink anything with the aligners in apart from cold water. Hope everything goes well for you.
