Will the aligners make my dental implants become loose?

Q. I have 2 dental implants in, I\’ve had them for around 3 years now. I know the braces that won\’t move the implants but I\’m just a bit worried that the aligners will make them come loose or make them fall out? Will this happen? Has it ever happened to one of your patients?,

A. If the implants are in sound solid bone then No, the aligners will noty make them loose. yoru dentist can see if they are healthy before you start. Dr R Kumar BDSLDSCS
