Am I okay to wear aligners when diving?

Q. I am about to get invisalign braces but I have an extra-curricular activity where I do platform diving. Would you I would be best taking out my aligners when doing this as there is the chance they could fall out I think?

A. Hello,
The aligners usually fit very tight. You should decide whether you feel  them stable enought  to go under water. safely. However, you might want to decide to  leave them out for those hours.
