Are you able to smoke when wearing invislaign aligners?

Q. Are you able to smoke when wearing the aligners or should you take them out? I don’t smoke too often, just about once every week and it is not tobacco, if you know what I mean. Is this okay with the aligners?

Smoking is really not advised with the aligners in your mouth.
