can i play football with invisalign

Q. hi,i play alot of football and sport in general, can i play with invisalign in. i am 16 years old,

A. Hello,

That’s a very good question.

Yes, the aligners are very thin and you should be able to play any contact sports with them in.

The only form of activity where I would not encourage wear of the aligners is during swimming.
