Q. Will I get the choice of what kind of retainer I want to have at the end of invisalign treatment or will I just be given one? How many different types are there? Don’t they all just do the same job anyway?

You can discuss your wish with your dentist. Usually Invisalign patients have removable retainer fitted but if your bite has enough space you can always go for a fixed one.
