Q. My dentist showed me how to take off my alginers and put them back in when I ot them but now that I have got back home I have only just managed it after ten minutes of struggle. Does having long nails help with this or some kind of device? Any tips would be helpful!

In my experince long nails do not really help. Practice in front of the mirror. When putting the aligner in first fit it around the most crowded/ difficult area. You will figure it out very soon just do not give up!
