Does invisalign have an effect on bite?

Q. Does invisalign ever have a side-effect on the bite when only being used to straighten teeth? I am coming near to the end of my treatment and my bite feels weird, somehow out of line. My teeth loo9k straighter but if my bite is like this then I don’t thinkg its worth it.
