How can invisalign aligners be used for teeth whitening?

Q. I have heard that the aligners can be used with a whitening gel or something to whiten teeth during treatment. If this possible, and, more to the point, safe?

Invisalign aligner can be used to whiten teeth.
Its relatively safe as long as you follow the recommendation of your dentist.
