How many refinements are included with invisalign?

Q. How many refinements are normally included in the cost of invisalign? If more are needed will I need to pay for them and the dentist will not cover them, but isn’t it their fault if further refinements are needed?

I do not charge my patients for refinement .Same applies to most dentist
