I am stuck on tray 6 where my teeth are no longer moving. What is the reason for this?

Q. Hello Michael, I am currently in the middle of an invisalign treatment upper tray (18), lower tray (26), I am currently stuck on tray 6 have been for almost a month as my teeth seems to have stop moving. I suggested to my orthofontist a correction however he believes being an African Caribbean my bones are very strong hence the reason it is not moving. I welcome the opportunity for you to provide your opinion – are you available soon for a consultation?,
A. There are several reasons why the teeth would not move. Most importantly it has to do with the amount of time wear and as well as adequate room for the desired movement. In dense bone the movement might be slower but difficult to say exactly what is happening in your case. Speak to your orthodontist about your concern
