Is denture cleaner suitable for invisalign?

Q. Is the cleaner stuff that I have heard about that you can use for denture suitable for invisalign? Is there not also one that is specifically for invisalign? Are these worth the money or will the good old fashioned combination of a toothbrush and toothpaste do the job?

A. tooth brush and tooth paste is best
