Q. Is swimming okay to do when wearing the aligners? I am just thinking about the cmeicals that are in the water and whether they will have any effect, and also, the chances of the aligners actually falling out when I am gasping for breath?

Before swimming check the aligners . Invisalign should be a tight fit, so you should be ok to swim.
