Q. INFO:ive noticed that my invisaligns have been getting small cracks and tearing(Small/Big pieces coming off).The Reason why is my habit of taking them off and its prob. stretching the aligners to make the cracks and stuff. The ones i now are bad(The top aligner are in 3 pieces in bad shape like most of its torn and the bottom is together, but tearing). Anyway, Since my aligners come next week, is it ok to leave the invisalign’s that im wearing out until the next ones come? and Is there anyway to stop this habit? Thanks

The aligners are very flexible and rarely crack; unless you are not stretching them away from the buttons. if so then when you take them out, they are catching on the buttons and cracking. So please stretch them away from the buttons when you take them out. It may be ok to leave aligner out as it is not retentive
