Q. Is there a good way to remove aligners that I have not thought of. When ever I try to remove them I always seem to make hard work of it. Is there a special tool you can acquire, or just a specific way which typically works best for patients?
A.
Usually, most people gently pry the aligner with their fingers away from the teeth, starting from the back and working round.
Some useful tools are outie or guitar picks.
