Q. My dentist has informed me that I will need to have one of my front bottom teeth removed in order to make room for my other teeth to straighten out. I would just like to know how long into the invisalign treatment it would take for the gap to begin to close and become less noticeable. I don’t like the idea of having a gap at the front of my teeth, I have to admit. Thanks!
A. Dear Sir/Madam, I am unable to comment on individual cases, especially when an anterior tooth is removed. Have you discussed removing a premolar tooth to create space further back?
