My fixed retainer is causing me a lot of pain, what should I do about it?

Q. hello, i\’ve just finished my invisalign treatment and been given a fixed retainer to wear for a while the trouble is it\’s really painful! will the pain ease? if not what do you think i should do about it? thanks for any advice,

A. Hello, You might want to contact your dentist who could adjust the fixed retainer and have a look at the teeth.
